Seared chicken simmered in a garlicky cream sauce with sun-dried tomatoes and spinach. It feels special but cooks in one skillet.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb Boneless chicken breastscut into thin cutlets
- 1 tsp Kosher salt
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 4 cloves Garlicminced
- 1/2 cup Sun-dried tomatoeschopped
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 1/2 cup Chicken broth
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheesegrated
- 3 cups Baby spinach

Season chicken with salt and Italian seasoning.

Heat oil in a large skillet. Sear chicken until golden on both sides, then transfer to a plate.
