Juicy shrimp cooked quickly in garlic butter with lemon and parsley. Serve it over rice, pasta, salad, or crusty bread.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb Large shrimppeeled and deveined
- 3/4 tsp Kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 4 tbsp Unsalted butter
- 5 cloves Garlicminced
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 2 tbsp Parsleychopped

Pat shrimp dry and season with salt and pepper.

Heat olive oil and 2 tbsp butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add shrimp in a single layer and cook until the first side turns pink and lightly browned.

Flip shrimp, add garlic, and cook until fragrant and the shrimp reach 145 F.
