  • 1 1/2 lb Large shrimppeeled and deveined
  • 3/4 tsp Kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 4 tbsp Unsalted butter
  • 5 cloves Garlicminced
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Parsleychopped

Instructions

    Pat shrimp dry and season with salt and pepper.

    Heat olive oil and 2 tbsp butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

    Add shrimp in a single layer and cook until the first side turns pink and lightly browned.

    Flip shrimp, add garlic, and cook until fragrant and the shrimp reach 145 F.

    Turn off the heat. Stir in remaining butter, lemon juice, and parsley.
