Ingredients
- 12 lb 2-Row Malt
- 9 oz CaraPils
- 8 oz Caramel-40
- 12 oz Chinook Whole Cone Hops
- 1 packet US-05 Yeast
- 1 pinch Irish Moss

Instructions

22qt water for Mash- 165F Strike Temperature- 1 hour

8qt water for sparge- 170F rest for 10min

Start of boil- Add 3.5oz Hops- boil for 70 minutes.

+70 minutes- Flame-Out Add 3.5oz Hops + Pinch of Irish Moss

After cooled below 80F, Add 5 oz Hops

Everything into the fermentor + US-05 yeast.
